eat the ice cream out of the tub, 

scream at the top of your lungs 'I don't want to be' every time an episode of "one tree hill" starts up, 

lose yourself in the beauty of a moment that you just can't find the words for. 

get too excited about the thing that just might end up breaking your heart. 

love fiercely, laugh until your stomach hurts, light a candle and have a night in,

go to the concert you've been dreaming about and cry with your friends because you aren't sure if you've ever been this happy before.

don't wipe the smile off your face just because someone else doesn't understand the way your heart beats, 

get dressed up, for no other reason than, you simply wanted to. 

let your heart bleed on the page of your journal or the keys of your computer. 

this is your life. stop sitting on the couch, wishing it away and make sure that it matters.
